The insured person has the right to transfer policy benefits to a related individual who meets one of the following relationship criteria as an assignee: (1) Father, Mother* (2) Paternal Grandfather, Paternal Grandmother (3) Maternal Grandfather, Maternal Grandmother (4) Spouse or Life Partner (5) Child* (6) Beneficiary (*Including legally recognized adoptive parents and adopted children). To proceed with the Absolute Assignment, the assignee must verify identity via https://link.prudential.co.th/oRA5v or by scanning the QR code provided in the Absolute Assignment Form
In the event that an Absolute Assignment is completed, and a Free Look cancellation request is submitted afterward, the company will refund the amount to the insured’s account or issue a cheque payable to the insured or their legal guardian.
However, the company reserves the right not to process Absolute Assignment under the following conditions:
The insured person has delivered the policy to the beneficiary and the beneficiary has expressed intent to claim the benefits.
Assignee is under legal age (below 20 years old)
Assignee has not completed the identity verification process.
Remark
In the event that the policy has undergone an Absolute Assignment, and such assignment has been approved by the Company, if the beneficiary under the policy notifies the Company of their intention to claim the policy benefits, the Company reserves the right not to proceed unless the Absolute Assignment has first been cancelled.
After the completion of an Absolute Assignment, the assignee gains the right to the policy as follows:
Policy Loan
Extended Teram Insurance (ETI)
Reduced Paid -Up Insurance (RPU)
Policy Benefit Payout
Maturity
Policy Surrender
Partial Surrender
Dividend Payments form Mutual Fund
All request forms must be certified by both the assignee and the insured or by their legal guardian (if the insured is under legal age).

Assignor’ documents as follows:
A copy of identification card or passport
A copy of identification card or passport of parents or legal representatives (in case of juvenile)
Other requested documents (if any).
All forms and required documents must be certified by insured and/or parent/legal representatives (in case of juvenile policy).
Assignee’ documents as follows:
A copy of identification card or passport.
House registration document.
Legal registration documents certifying adoptive parents/adopted child.
Marriage certificate (if applicable)
A copy of a savings account bank book
Other requested documents (if any).
All forms and required documents must be certified by an assignee.
Remark
Please cover your "blood type" and "religion" information on the copy of your ID card to comply with the PDPA law. The company has no intention of collecting, using, and disclosing your personal information in this respect.
Turn-around time: Approximately 5 working days from the date the Company receives all required documents, fully completed and accurate.
