Choose the payment method that is most convenient for you

Steps to Pay Premium via Credit Card on the PRUServices Website

  1. Select the “Premium Payment” menu. 
  2. Choose the policy you wish to pay for
    (only one policy can be paid per transaction)
    and click “Next.”
  3. Review your payment details, then click “Confirm.”
  4. Select Credit Card as your payment method. Enter your credit card information and click “Proceed to Payment.”
  5. Once the payment is successful, the system will display a Payment Successful confirmation screen.

  1. Select the “Premium Payment” menu. 
  2. Choose the policy you wish to pay for
    (only one policy can be paid per transaction)
    and click “Next.”
  3. Review the payment details, then click “Confirm.”
  4. Select QR Code as your payment method. The system will display a QR code for payment.
    You can scan the code using your preferred mobile banking application.
  5. The QR code will remain valid for 10 minutes. 
  6. Once the payment is successfully completed, the system will display a Payment Successful confirmation screen.

Policyholders can choose to pay their insurance premiums automatically using a Visa or Mastercard credit card from any bank.

  1. Via PRUServices Online – Convenient, simple, and accessible anytime, anywhere.
    • You can submit your documents and complete the setup through PRUServices by following these steps:
    • Select “PRUServices” from the main menu.
    • After logging in, select “Premium Payment”.
    • Choose “Enroll for Automatic Premium Payment”.
    • Select the policy you want to set up.
    • Choose “Automatic Credit Card Payment”.
    • Accept the terms and conditions, then set the preferred insurance fee rate (if applicable).
    • Enter your credit card details.
    • Upload a copy of your credit card and a copy of your national ID card, then click “Confirm”.
    • Enter the OTP sent to your selected channel and click “Confirm.”
    • Your request to enroll for automatic credit card payment has been successfully submitted.

2. Via Postal Mail

  • Fill in your credit card account information in the “Consent Form for Credit Card/Bank Account Deduction.”
  • Or, for unit-linked policies (excluding single premium payments), complete the “Consent Form for Credit Card/Bank Account Deduction for Investment-Linked Life Insurance Premium Payment.”

3. Automatic Premium Payment Debit from Savings or Current Account

Policyholders can choose to pay their insurance premiums automatically through their bank account by providing their savings or current account information in the “Consent Form for Credit Card/Bank Account Deduction.”

Alternatively, for unit-linked policies, please complete the “Consent Form for Credit Card/Bank Account Deduction for Investment-Linked Life Insurance Premium Payment.”

You can make a premium payment by scanning the QR code or barcode printed on the premium due notice issued by the Company.
Alternatively, you may click the instant payment link provided in the SMS sent by the Company, which will generate a barcode for payment through the participating bank services.

Email Notification – Premium Payment via Mobile Banking Application

For customers who do not have a premium due notice issued by the Company, you can make your premium payment through the mobile banking applications of participating banks by following the steps below:

  • For Traditional Life Insurance Policies
  1. Select Bill Payment and search for the company name “Prudential.”
  2. Select “Prudential (010753700189711)” and enter the required information:
    • Reference 1: Policy Number
    • Reference 2: Mobile Phone Number
      Note: For Kasikornbank, please select “Prudential – Renewal Premium Payment.”
  • For Unit-Linked Policies
  1. Select Bill Payment and search for “Prudential.”
  2. Select “Prudential (010753700189712)” and enter the required information: 
    • Reference 1: Policy Number
    • Reference 2: Mobile Phone Number

Important Note

If your agent has issued a temporary receipt as proof of payment, please enter the temporary receipt number as Reference 2 by replacing the alphabet prefix with the number 9.

Example:
Temporary receipt number: ก 6978 ก 34890
Enter Reference 2 as: 96978934890
