Telemedicine is an online medical consultation service via video call. You can consult a doctor from home or anywhere using just your mobile phone, tablet, or computer with internet access, without the need to travel to the hospital or clinic.

Yes. If the doctor diagnoses your condition and determines that medication is needed, they will issue a prescription immediately. You can choose to have the medicine delivered to your home or any preferred pick‑up location.

Telemedicine is suitable for general symptoms, chronic disease follow-ups (e.g., diabetes, hypertension), psychiatric consultations, or obtaining a medical certificate.

However, if you have severe or emergency symptoms, or require a physical examination/lab tests, the doctor will advise you to visit a nearby clinic or hospital for more accurate diagnosis.

For customers who have our health insurance, PRUTelemed is free of charge with unlimited visits*.
If you do not have health insurance, service fees will apply as specified. If you're interested in getting insurance to enjoy free telemedicine services, you can view package details or contact us via LINE Official Account @PrudentialThailand or call us at 1621.

You can book through MorDee application which is the most convenient way. Simply choose your doctor and preferred time.

Once booked, you will receive an appointment confirmation and meet the doctor at the scheduled time. You can also choose “See doctor now” if there is a doctor available.

Yes. We have specialists across more than 20 medical fields, including internal medicine, pediatrics, dermatology, psychiatry, nutrition, and many more. You can select the specialist that matches your condition.

  • Previous medical records or test results (if any)
  • A list of medications you are currently taking

If you don’t have all the information, that’s okay. The doctor will ask for additional details during the consultation.
