How to use MSO

Medical Second Opinion (MSO)

Step 1: Call 1621 to check your eligibility and request to use the service.
Step 2: Choose the medical institution where you wish to receive a second medical opinion.

Select 1 of 2 partner hospitals with leading specialists.
Step 3: Make an appointment for a consultation directly with a specialist.
Step 4: Receive your diagnosis and treatment guidance.

You will receive the results within 7 business days, which you can use to discuss with your doctor to decide on the best treatment plan.

This second opinion service is provided by leading partner hospitals. The company acts only as a facilitator/coordinator and will not be responsible for any outcomes of the service.
