Your insurance plan comes with a range of health services that go beyond standard coverage. These may include:

  • Online doctor consultation (PRUTelemed)
  • Cashless claims with home medication delivery* (For policies with OPD coverage. Terms and conditions apply.)

  • 24/7 medical emergency assistance (SOS)
  • Wellness programs, health check-ups, and more

Most services are available to all policyholders. However, certain services may be limited to specific plans or areas. For example, Med@Home is available only in Bangkok and surrounding areas. Please check your policy eligibility or contact our Customer Service team at 1621.

Some services, such as PRUTelemed, require a one-time registration or app download. Other services, like SOS Emergency Assistance, are available immediately when needed.

Most health services are included as part of your policy benefits at no additional cost. Additional fees may apply only if usage exceeds your entitlement or if you are outside the service area. If any extra charges apply, we will notify you beforehand.
