Simply present your Prudential Insurance Card together with your National ID Card when receiving treatment at any of our 300+ network hospitals nationwide-for:

Inpatient admission (IPD), where a doctor diagnoses the need for hospitalisation of 6 hours or more, or

Day‑case procedures that do not require overnight stay (subject to rider terms & conditions).



Step-by-Step Cashless Claim Process

Step 1: Present Your Card

Show your Prudential Insurance Card together with your National ID or Driver’s License.

Step 2: Eligibility Check

The hospital will verify your coverage details with Prudential.

Step 3: Receive Treatment

Get medical care according to your doctor’s treatment plan.

Step 4: Hospital Sends Information to Prudential

Upon discharge, the hospital will submit the claim information directly to us.

Step 5: Claim Assessment

Prudential will review your claim within 1 hour for standard cases

(Complex cases may take longer depending on additional information required).

Step 6: Receive SMS Updates

You will receive SMS notifications when:

Prudential receives documents from the hospital

Your claim assessment is completed

Step 2: Complete the Claim Form

Insured Person’s Section: To be completed and signed by the insured or parent/guardian.

Attending Physician’s Report: To be completed, signed, and stamped by the treating doctor and hospital.
