Step 1: Prepare Your Documents

  • Medical certificate ( for disability claims)
  • Photographs of the affected or lost organ to support claim assessment (if applicable)
  • Copy of the insured’s National ID card, certified as a true copy
  • Copy of the house registration
  • Name change evidence, if the insured has changed their first or last name
  • Certified copy of the police report (for incidents that require a police notification)
  • Outstanding loan balance certificate (For mortgage protection / business loan protection insurance policies)
