Claim Processing Time
The Company will complete the claim assessment within 15 days from the date all required documents are received.
In cases where additional investigation is necessary, the assessment will be completed within 90 days.
Identity Verification Requirement (per Anti‑Money Laundering Office regulations)
According to the notification from the Anti‑Money Laundering Office (AMLO), if the claim payment to any beneficiary is THB 100,000 or more, the beneficiary is required to complete identity verification by either:

A recent color photograph (front-facing, clearly showing the face, taken within the last 6 months), and
A clear color photograph of the National ID card
These documents can be sent to the Company by postal mail. For beneficiaries who are minors and do not have a National ID card, please provide identification details and verification of the father, mother, or legal guardian.
