PRURokrai Super Koom

Provides coverage from early to intermediate stages of 18 critical illnesses, and severe stages of 45 critical illnesses, to support and care for your loved ones during their fight against serious illness.

 

Tax benefit for health insurance premium is up to Bt. 25,000 per year. However, together with life insurance premiums, the total tax benefit must not exceed Bt. 100,000 in each tax year (subjected to the terms of the Revenue Department).

Living Benefit*

• Receive 50% of sum assured when the insured is diagnosed with one of the Early / Intermediate Stage CI diseases specified in the list.

• ***Receive 150% of sum assured when the insured is diagnosed with one of the Critical Stage CI diseases specified in the list.

***Minus previous early/intermediate stage CI claims amount (if any) and the contract will end. Each CI stage allows only 1 claim.

Death Benefit**

• 100% of the sum assured of PRUwhole life plan

1. Exclusions:

• In case of material misrepresentation or false statement, the Company shall void the policy within 2 years from the policy effective date or the renewal date or the reinstatement date or the date the Company approves the increase of sum assured, only for the increased amount.

• The Insured commits suicide within 1 year from the policy effective date or the renewal date or the reinstatement date or the date the Company approves the increased sum assured, only for the increased amount, or is murdered by the beneficiary.

• Intentional suicide or self-inflicted injury or its attempt

• The Insured denies treatment, recommendation or medical care

• The Insured has HIV Positive or AIDS, whether or not directly or indirectly

• Being intentionally killed or injured or such an attempt by Beneficiary or Transferee

• Sickness or irregularity relating to critical illness which occurs within 90 days from the policy effective date (Waiting Period)

The exclusions above are partially stated here. The applicant should study more details in the life insurance policy.

1. It is the responsibility of the Insured to make premium payments. Life insurance agents only facilitate the service.

2. The applicant should study and understand sales materials before making a decision to apply for a life insurance. When receiving the life insurance policy, the applicant should study it in details.

3. The Insured can cancel the policy within 15 days from the date the policy is received. The Company will return premiums paid, less the actual expense of medical examination and the Company's operation expense of 500 baht per policy.

4. The Insured has right to surrender the policy and get the surrender value as stated in the surrender value table, less any outstanding debts (if any).

1. PRUrokrai super koom is the marketing name of Multi_CI Rider.

2. PRUwhole life 99/10 and PRUwhole life 99/20 are the marketing names of PRUwhole life 99/10, 10 years of premium payment (Non-participating) and PRUwhole life 99/20, 20 years of premium payment (Non-participating)

• This product is a rider which acts as an add on to your basic plan so you can customise your basic insurance plan to tailor to your needs and goals. Therefore, you would need to have purchased a basic plan before purchasing a rider.

• The company may adjust the premium on the policy anniversary date based on age and occupation class change of the insured person and/or increasing of medical expenses and/or claims experience portfolio under this rider which have been approved by the registrar, and the company will send prior written notice to the insured at least 30 days.
