Privilege terms and conditions​

• When you click to claim the privilege, the company will send you an e-code to be used under the terms and conditions specified by the service provider, and it is assumed that you have fully obtained the privilege from the company.​​

• Customers can keep the coupons for up to 90 days from the date of redemption date. Beyond this period, the coupons will expire and cannot be used anymore.​​

• Preparation before undergoing a health check-up:

  3.1. You can undergo the check-up from March 1,2025  to December 31, 2026. ​

  3.2. Please refrain from drinking and eating for 6-8 hours (women should have finished their menstrual period for at least 5 days before the check-up). ​

  3.3. Present the health check-up card before undergoing the check-up at the hospital. ​

  3.4. For your convenience, please make an appointment on health check-up for PRULegacy+ members.​

  3.5. The physical examination by a doctor will be conducted after receiving the laboratory test results within 2-3 hours.​

• Please refrain from consuming except plain water for at least 8 hours prior to check-up.​​

• This service is available at Samitivej Hospital.​​

• You will be personally liable to the service provider for any expenses other than the privilege offered by the company.​​

• This privilege cannot be exchanged for cash, and it cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional items.​​

• This offer is only valid from 1 Mar'25 – 31 Dec’26. ​​

• We reserve the right to use gift vouchers or special privileges only for customers whose policies are still in force at the time the service is accessed.​​

• The terms and conditions for using the e-coupon and special discounts are as specified by the service provider.​​

• The terms and conditions for privilege redemption are as specified by the company, and the company reserves the right to change them with prior notice.​​
