Privilege terms and conditions

  1. Customers can scan the QR Code from the e-Coupon received to redeem at Starbucks. The QR Code must be scanned directly from the mobile device screen only.​

  2. The e-Coupon cannot be refunded for purchases below its value, exchanged for cash, transferred to another card, or topped up with additional balance.​

  3. The e-Coupon can be used in conjunction with other in-store promotions.​

  4. Redemption is valid within the campaign period only.​

  5. Screenshots or photos of the e-Coupon (from phone, computer, or any other device) will not be accepted.​

  6. For any issues with using the Starbucks e-Coupon, please contact Starbucks Customer Care at 02-339-0996 or via email at customercomment@coffee-concepts.co.th, available daily from 09:00 to 18:00.​

  7. Once redeemed, the company will send e-code to clients under terms and conditions and shall be deemed successful.​

  8. You will be personally liable to the service provider for any expenses other than the privilege offered by the company.​
