  2. Customer can use this e-voucher at The Crystal Ekamai – Ramindra and Lotus's Srinakarin.

  3. Make an appointment by phone for at least 3 day in advance at LINE Official:  @Cosmavclinic.

  4. Once redeemed, the company will send e-voucher to clients under terms and conditions and shall be deemed successful.​

  5. Any additional cost other than the company’s privilege shall be clients’ responsibility. ​

  6. This privilege cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with other promotions. 

  7. Promotion period valid from 1 Jan - 31 Dec’26.

  8. The company reserves the right to accept voucher or privilege for clients that have valid insurance policy at the date only.​
