Privilege terms and conditions​ 

  1. The upgrade is subject to availability.​

  2. The use of services and facilities is in accordance with the policy of the Ministry of
    Public Health.​

  3. Full Prepayment is required to confirm booking. ​

  4. When you click to claim the privilege, the company will send you an e-voucher to be used under the terms and conditions specified by the service provider, and it is assumed that you have fully obtained the privilege from the company. ​

  5. Make an appointment by phone for at least 3 days in advance by phone numbers at 032 536536 or reservations@chivasom.com ​

  6. You will be personally liable to the service provider for any expenses other than the privilege offered by the company. ​

  7. This privilege cannot be exchanged for cash, and it cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional items. ​

  8. This offer is only valid from 1 Aug'24 - 31 Jul'25 ​

  9. We reserve the right to use e-voucher or special privileges only for customers whose policies are still in force at the time the service is accessed. ​
