Privilege terms and conditions

1. Receive one free (1) service of drafting a will or (2) tax consulting service at Chandler Mori Hamada Limited (“CMH”), for one time (“Special Privilege of Legal Service”).​

2. The consultation period for the will drafting service is 1 hour (60 minutes) in total, and the consultation period for the tax consulting service is 2 hours (120 minutes) in total (“Service Duration”).​

3. The Service Duration does not include preliminary phone inquiries for scheduling the Special Privilege of Legal Service or the process of drafting the will. The customers will be personally responsible for any additional legal service fees outside the scope of the Special Privilege of Legal Service or exceeding the Service Duration, as agreed in writing with CMH.​

4. Exclusive for PRULegacy+ and PRULegacy members only: Receive a special 10% discount on additional legal services from CMH, outside the scope of Special Privilege of Legal Service or exceeding the Service Duration, subject to the terms and conditions set by CMH.​

5. Please make a reservation for the Special Privilege of Legal Service with CMH at least 3 business days in advance and In case of rescheduling an appointment, please contact CMH for reschedule at least 2 business days in advance during business hours via email CMH-PJ-PRU@morihamada.com or phone 086-631-0305 and 082-567-4447. ​

6. The Special Privilege of Legal Service can be accessed in three ways: (1) at the CMH office, (2) via phone, or (3) through an online meeting platforms, such as MS Teams or Zoom only.​

7. The Special Privilege of Legal Service is reserved exclusively for PRULegacy+ members and cannot be transferred to other persons.​

8. The Special Privilege of Legal Service is provided in Thai only and does not include the preparation of documents or legal opinions, except for drafting the will as part of the Special Privilege of Legal Service.​

9. The will drafting service involves drafting a Thai-language will with general will provisions and a single executor. This service does not include acting as a witness to the will, naming CMH or CMH lawyers as the executor, safekeeping the will, or registering the will with a civil registry.​

10. The will drafting service is initially expected to be completed within 10 business days from the date CMH receives all required documents from the PRULegacy+ member, as specified by CMH and subject to CMH's terms and conditions.​

11. The tax planning consultation service is a general consultation on wealth management or general tax planning only.​

12. If you want to claim the privilege, please make a reservation to use the privilege under the terms and conditions specified by CMH., and it is assumed that you have fully obtained the privilege from the company.  ​

13. This privilege cannot be exchanged for cash, and it cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional items. ​

14. Campaign period valid from 17 Mar - 31 Dec’25.​

15. We reserve the right to use e-voucher or special privileges only for customers whose policies are still in force at the time the service is accessed. ​

16. The terms and conditions for using the e-voucher and special discounts are as specified by CMH. ​

17. The terms and conditions for privilege redemption are as specified by the company, and the company reserves the right to change them with prior notice.​

19. The company is only an advisor and coordinator with the service provider for the benefit of PRULegacy+ members. The company has no interest in or involvement in the service provider's services.
