Mr. Don Charnsupharindr, Chief Commercial Officer of Prudential Thailand, together with the senior management team, recently hosted “Agency Kick Off 2026” under the theme “Together We Win: Ready to Tackle Every Challenge and Achieve Success Together.” The event was held to inspire life insurance agents and financial advisors nationwide to unite and drive toward shared success in 2026, while clearly communicating the company’s strategic direction and key priorities. Prudential Thailand reaffirmed its commitment to enhancing agent capabilities through the “PRUSmart Program”, a comprehensive development initiative designed to strengthen agents’ skills and readiness, enabling them to consistently deliver excellent customer service. The event took place at Grande Centre Point Lumphini Hotel recently.
On this occasion, Prudential Thailand also officially appointed Mr. Pichet Bumrungkitjaroen as Head of Agency, effective 1 January. With more than 20 years of experience in the life insurance and financial services industry, Mr. Pichet brings extensive expertise and a proven track record in agency management, business expansion, and organizational transformation. His appointment is expected to further strengthen the agency channel and drive Prudential Thailand’s growth strategy toward achieving its long-term objectives.
